These Terms describe the basic rules for using MamaNest. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the service lawfully, provide truthful account information, and follow the Community Guidelines.

Women-only membership

MamaNest is a women-only community. New members are required to confirm that they meet this eligibility rule. Deliberately misrepresenting eligibility may result in account restriction or removal.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade moderation or prior restrictions.

Your content

You remain responsible for the posts, messages, images, comments, listings and other content you submit. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Safety and enforcement

Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, dangerous conduct, impersonation, privacy violations and other behavior that undermines member safety may lead to content removal, restrictions, suspension or account deletion.

Service changes

MamaNest may change features, safety controls or these terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected in the current public policy pages and in-app policy experience.
